Bellazura
International L.L.C., warranties that our product be free from manufacturing
defects in material and workmanship for a period of (12) twelve months from
the date of purchase. Bellazura does not make any further warranties, express
or implied. If a product is determined to be defective while still under
warranty, Bellazura will repair or replace the product, or make an appropriate
adjustment at its sole discretion, excluding removal or installation charges.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation,
alterations, improper repairs, improper use, damage due to negligence,
improper maintenance or damage due to utilization of the product other than
its intended and normal use. In accordance with the laws of limitation and
exclusion, state by state, and therefore provided the duly exceptions,
Bellazura will not be liable, in any event, for any special indirect,
incidental or consequential damages or losses (including but not limited to
damages for loss of business, loss of profits, etc.) for breach of contract
and tort (including negligence). Damage or loss will not in any case exceed
the contract price paid by the original purchaser for the product claimed
defective. This warrantee is valid for the original consumer purchaser only.
Freight Claims:
Once the product is released to and accepted by the carrier, and subject to
the above warrantee provisions, Bellazura’s responsibility ceases. Bellazura
is not responsible for damages occurring during transit. All packages must be
inspected by the purchaser immediately upon delivery (preferably in the
carrier’s agent’s presence). All visible damages should be noted on the
waybill and signed by the carrier. A copy of the waybill must be sent to
Bellazura within 48 hours from delivery time. The purchaser is responsible for
filling any damage claims against the carrier.
For concealed damages, the carrier must be contacted immediately to make an
inspection of the item and its entire original packaging used for the freight.
Nothing should be disposed of until the inspection in completed. The
inspection report along with the shipment waybill must be sent to Bellazura
within 48 hours after the inspection, to enable Bellazura to assist in
collecting damage claims.
Return Polices:
Any shortages must be reported to Bellazura, within (3) three business days
from receiving the goods or no claims will be honored. Bellazura will replace
the product or part thereof or provide a store credit for any product not
conforming to the ordered product only after the non-conforming product is
returned to Bellazura’s warehouse in saleable condition within (10) ten days
from the shipping or pickup date. The merchandise must be in its original
packaging and packed securely, otherwise, a repacking fee of 25% will be
charged. For all other returns, a store credit, or replacement of the product
or part thereof (at Bellazura’s sole discretion), will be given only for
returns of saleable intact returned product up to 30 days from the shipping or
pick up date. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all products
returned. After 30 days from the shipping or pick up date, no returns will be
accepted.
All Special order and custom made items are not returnable.
For any claims made under warrantee, product must have been installed by a
licensed contractor and inspected prior to installation. Installation of the
product means its acceptance. Once product is installed it cannot be returned.
Damages occurring during installation are not considered defects and products
are not subject to return or refund.
PLEASE NOTE
There may be a variation in color consistency between brochure/internet images
and actual fixtures or parts thereof. Bellazura reserves the right to make
changes in product characteristics or availability at any time and without
notice.
